These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from it. By placing an order you accept them.

1. The products

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photographs and videos are illustrative: because this is a light projector, the appearance of the projected effect varies considerably with room size, wall colour and how dark the room is. Colours may also render differently from one screen to another.

Product specifications may be updated by the manufacturer without notice. Where a change is material, we update the listing.

2. Prices and currency

All prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD) and include no hidden fees. Shipping is free to North America, Europe and Oceania, and a flat $5.99 to Asia, South America and Africa — see our Shipping Policy.

If your card or account is denominated in another currency, your bank applies its own exchange rate and may add a foreign transaction fee. That fee is set by your bank, not by us.

Import duties and taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient — see our Shipping Policy.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the one displayed at the moment you complete checkout.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send you the confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order if the item is unavailable, if there was a manifest pricing error, if we suspect fraud, or if we cannot ship to your address. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund you in full.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete order and delivery information.

4. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify Payments or PayPal. We do not store your card details — see our Privacy Policy.

5. Shipping and delivery

Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours. Estimated delivery is 7–12 business days worldwide, with tracking. These are estimates and not guaranteed dates. Full details are in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Returns and refunds

Our Refund and Return Policy forms part of these terms and sets out your 30-day window, how damaged or faulty items are handled, and how refunds are paid.

7. Safe use of the product

This product is an electrical device. Use it only with a compliant USB power source, keep it away from water, do not disassemble it and do not stare directly into the light source. It contains small parts and is not a toy: keep it out of reach of young children unless supervised. If you are photosensitive or prone to seizures triggered by flashing or moving light, consult a doctor before use.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, photographs, video, graphics, layout and the Nyxora name — belongs to us or is used with permission, and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written consent.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, and not to interfere with its operation or security.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, customs action, natural events, strikes or failures of communications networks.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, and the courts of Spain have jurisdiction over any dispute. This does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence, whose protections continue to apply to you.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
