Refund policy
Refund and Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your Nyxora order. If you are not, here is exactly what happens.
The 30-day window
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to raise a claim under this policy. Claims raised after that window cannot be processed.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described
Email nyxora.shop.us@gmail.com with your order number and a photo or short video showing the problem. That is all we need.
Once we confirm it, you choose: a full refund or a free replacement. In these cases you do not need to ship the item back to us — keep it or dispose of it as you prefer. There is no cost to you.
If you simply changed your mind
Contact us within the 30-day window at nyxora.shop.us@gmail.com and tell us you would like to return your order.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs may apply, and we will confirm the exact amount with you in writing before you send anything back. You will never be charged a cost you have not agreed to first. Once we receive and inspect the item, we refund the price you paid.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. We will email you the moment the refund is sent from our side.
An approved full refund covers the full amount you were charged, including any shipping you paid.
Cancelling an order
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can cancel it and refund you in full. Since we dispatch within 24–48 hours, please contact us as quickly as possible at nyxora.shop.us@gmail.com.
What is not covered
- Damage caused by misuse, drops, liquid exposure or unauthorised repair
- Normal wear from use
- Claims raised more than 30 days after delivery
How to reach us
Every claim goes through one address: nyxora.shop.us@gmail.com. Include your order number and we will reply within one business day.
