Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data Nyxora collects when you visit or buy from this store, why we collect it and what we do with it.
Who is responsible for your data: Cristian Martin, trading as Nyxora.
Contact for any privacy question or request: nyxora.shop.us@gmail.com
What we collect
When you place an order we collect the information needed to fulfil it:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your shipping address
- Your phone number, where you provide one for carrier delivery notifications
When you pay, your payment is processed directly by our payment providers — Shopify Payments and PayPal. We never see, receive or store your full card number, expiry date or security code. Those details go straight to the payment provider. We only receive confirmation that the payment succeeded, plus the last digits and card brand for order identification.
When you browse, our store platform automatically collects technical information: your IP address, browser and device type, time zone, the pages you view and the site you arrived from. This is standard web-server and analytics data.
When you contact us, we keep the content of your message and your email address so we can answer you and keep a record of the case.
Why we use it
- To process, dispatch and deliver your order, and to keep you informed about it
- To handle refunds, replacements and customer service enquiries
- To detect and prevent fraud and payment abuse
- To meet our accounting and tax obligations
- To understand how the store is used so we can improve it
We do not send marketing emails unless you have explicitly asked us to, and you can unsubscribe at any time from any email we send.
Who we share it with
We share only what is strictly necessary, and only with:
- Shopify, which hosts this store and processes orders on our behalf
- Payment providers (Shopify Payments, PayPal) to take payment
- Shipping carriers and fulfilment partners, who need your name and address to deliver your parcel
- Public authorities, where we are legally required to do so
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not rent or trade it with third parties for their own marketing.
International transfers
Because we ship worldwide and use international service providers, your data may be processed outside your country of residence, including outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards offered by those providers, such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep order and transaction records for as long as required by accounting and tax law. Customer service correspondence is kept for as long as needed to resolve your case and for a reasonable period afterwards.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Have inaccurate data corrected
- Have your data deleted
- Object to or restrict how we use it
- Receive your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent where our use is based on consent
To exercise any of these, write to nyxora.shop.us@gmail.com. We will respond within one month. If you are in the EU or the UK and you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
Cookies
This store uses cookies so the shop can work — remembering your cart, keeping you logged in, securing checkout — and to measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but essential cookies are required for the store and the checkout to function.
Children
This store is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in how we operate or in the law. The version published on this page is always the one in force.
